Source of data and types of data collected
1) Data provided by the user
Genevitis collects personal data voluntarily provided by users when:
- sending a message through the contact form or to the addresses available on the website www.genevitis.it;
- subscribing to the newsletter service.
Sending a message involves the acquisition of the sender’s contact details, which are necessary to provide a reply, as well as any personal data included in the communication. The data will be processed using IT and electronic tools exclusively to provide the requested services and will be stored for the period during which the service is active.
2) Browsing data
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the website acquire, during normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, such as IP addresses, domain names, URI/URL addresses, request times, file sizes, status codes, and operating system and browser parameters.
These data are used to:

Data retention
- Contact purposes: data are retained for the time necessary to respond to and manage the request.
- Newsletter/marketing: until consent is withdrawn and, in any case, for no longer than 24 months.
- Profiling: for up to 12 months, unless consent is withdrawn.
Data that are not relevant or not necessary will be deleted promptly.
Rights of the data subject

Refusal to provide data
