The Territory

The wines of the Maèntu line are born in Sardinia, an island where viticulture is closely linked to nature and the Mediterranean climate. The landscape alternates between sea, hills and sandy soils rich in minerals, constantly influenced by the Maestrale wind.

The sea breeze contributes to the health of the grapes and defines their aromatic profile, promoting freshness and savouriness. In this context, vine cultivation is an integral part of local culture, handed down through generations.

Vermentino represents one of the most recognisable expressions of Sardinian winemaking, capable of conveying the light, aromas and identity of the island in the glass.

The Maentu Line

Maèntu takes its name from the maestrale wind, a natural element that profoundly characterises Sardinia. The project was created to express the direct relationship between nature and viticulture, allowing territory, climate and tradition to define the style of the wines.

The wind becomes the symbol of the brand: it protects the vineyards, shapes the character of the grapes and ideally connects sea, land and people. Each bottle thus expresses authenticity, balance and belonging to the Sardinian landscape.

The line interprets wine as a territorial and cultural expression, maintaining stylistic consistency and recognisability.
